We hope that every WAVE chinrest finds a home; however, sometimes it is just not a good fit. In this case, we are happy to accept them back.
We will accept returns for a full refund up to 30 days after the date of delivery, for any reason.
This refund will include the purchase price and the original shipping charge, with the purchaser paying for the return shipping. The least expensive return shipping method is fine, and no insurance is necessary.
The WAVE chinrest also has a Lifetime Warranty against product defect, or for product breakage. In this case, a refund or replacement will be issued, at the client's discretion, with all shipping charges for the replacement paid for by us.
