We hope that every WAVE chinrest finds a home; however, sometimes it is just not a good fit. In this case, we are happy to accept them back.
1. We will accept returns for a full refund up to 60 days after the date of delivery, for any reason.
2. This refund will include the purchase price and the original shipping charge, with the purchaser paying for the return shipping. The least expensive return shipping method is fine, and no insurance is necessary.
3. The WAVE chinrest also has a Lifetime Warranty against product defect, or for product breakage. In this case, a refund or replacement will be issued, at the client's discretion, with all shipping charges for the replacement paid for by us.
4. To initiate a return, email us at: [email protected], or call us at (615) 516-0316 to inform us. We will issue a refund within forty-eight (48) hours, with a confirmation email sent to you with pertinent details.
5. For a replacement, we will attempt to ship it to you in forty-eight (48) hours after you contact us; however depending on the available stock and workshop backlog, it might take up to four (4) days for the replacement to leave our shop. If your replacement has not arrived in the estimated delivery times, please contact us here. Do understand that this excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s), or missed parcel deliveries.
6. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. If the Shipment Confirmation has not arrived in a timely fashion, check your spam or junk folders to see if it has landed there. If you have not received the confirmation email with the tracking number, contact us and we will resend it.
7. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. If payment was made by check, the refund will be issued by check or by PayPal or Venmo, at the client's discretion.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
