With the purchase of one WAVE chinrest, we will send up to three (3) additional models of your choice for a 30-day trial period, as indicated by the purchaser in the order process.
The trial period will begin when the chinrests are delivered to you, with the chinrests being placed in return shipping by the end of the trial period.

For international orders, we will adjust the value of the chinrests to reflect the price of only the chinrest purchased, for customs adn VAT purposes.
At the end of the trial period, the extra models shall be shipped back to us, with return shipping paid by the client. The least expensive return shipping method is fine, and no insurance is necessary.
If none of the chinrests are a good fit for you, contact us at: [email protected] or (615) 516-0316 to inform us, and we will issue a full refund for the purchase price and the original shipping within 48 hours. The purchaser will pay for the return shipping.
The refund will be credited back to the original payment method. If payment was made by check, the refund will be issued by check or by PayPal or Venmo, at the client's discretion.

We hope that every WAVE chinrest finds a home; however, sometimes it is just not a good fit. In this case, we are happy to accept them back.
We will accept returns for a full refund up to three (3) months, for any reason, after delivery.

The WAVE chinrest also has a Lifetime Guarantee against product defect, or for product breakage. In this case, a refund or replacement will be issued, at the client's discretion, with all shipping charges for the replacement paid for by us.

Shipping
Shipment processing time
All orders made before 2:00 p.m. are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

US- $7.50
Canada and Mexico- $19.50-45 USD
All others- $27-57 USD.
We offer USPS Ground Advantage for US destinations. If expedited shipping is desired, contact us and we will give good faith effort to accommodate your request.
Delivery time for USPS Ground Advantage is 2-6 days;
USPS Priority delivery time is 1-3 days.
For International orders, we offer USPS or DHL.
USPS delivery time is usually 7-15 days for International orders, and DHL delivery time is usually 2-8 days.
USPS can incur delays, so please take this into account when choosing your shipping method.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur, even with DHL shipping, so please refer to your tracking number to locate your package en route..
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
WAVE Chinrest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
WAVE Chinrest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
